Red and the Wolf designs is:

Mostly me, Yvonne, I design the patterns and knit or crochet the samples. Garments and accessories for women are usually modelled by me (for example the Fire Dragon shawl in the picture above) and photographed by my partner. Designs for men or small children are modelled by my son, the daughter of a friend, an other volunteers, with me behind the camera.

Red and the Wolf Designs wants:

I want to create beautiful but practical designs, that are easily adjusted to the yarn you have at hand, or to your size, body type, colour preferences… the list could go on and on.

My main goal is to write my patterns in a way that they are accessible to as many people as possible. That is why I always add written and charted instructions to a pattern, and have a tech editor as well as test knitters/crocheters check the pattern for mistakes and unclear instructions.

However, we are all just human, so it is always possible that a mistake slips through – if that happens, please let me know and I will do my best to fix it as quickly as possible. Each pattern has my contact information on it, or just contact me via the form on my website.
